Best bags I’ve tried
I love these bags. I’ve tried a number of other brands over the past 7 months, and disliked them all for varying reasons. These are the best as I have never had an issue with them leaking, the sturdiness of the material means they don’t fall over if I set them on the counter to pour the milk in, I find the measurements to be accurate if you actually fully open the bottom of the bag, and they freeze / defrost very well. My daughter is now up to 7-8 oz per feeding, so these bags are the perfect size for us. The only issue (which may be a big one for some people) is that they can be harder to open than the other bags. Personally, I don’t have an issue with this – just make sure your hands are dry, and if it’s being particularly difficult, use a fingernail – voila, bag open. HOWEVER – our daycare hates them. They mentioned that they’re very concerned about spilling the milk because of how difficult it is for them to open, and of course I don’t want them to do that. So… we’ve compromised with not filling them up as much, which means we have to use more of them, but at least the risk of spilled milk is less?Point of this review is just, be aware that they can be hard to open, and once you figure out a trick, tell your child care provider (if applicable). Oh, and maybe don’t fill them to the brim until you figure that out 🙂

Perfect breastmilk bags and for a great price!
I was really excited to get these bags in the mail. I am on my second child and try to store as much breastmilk as I can. To finally find a storage bag that goes to 8oz which is the size of a full size Dr. Browns bottle was great. Most all other bags only go to 7oz for the newer Babies R Us bags or 6oz for the Nuk and Medela bags. So the 8oz measurements alone made this a great bag for me. By the time I’m using my stored milk my babies are drinking full bottles so it’s never made sense why other bags don’t go to 8oz making it difficult to thaw multiple bags of milk and try not to waste any. Also these bags aren’t made out of the flimsy plastic like the Nuk bags or the old BRU bags but they are a thick plastic that once you pour milk in them are strong enough to stand up on a counter on their own. They have the double zipper seal as well just like most other storage bags and seem to be holding up well. Also for the retail price of $19.99 you get 110 bags that hold more breastmilk and for other brands you get smaller quantities for a higher price and the bags hold less; so you get a much better value out of these. After having tried all the other brands out there I’m sold on these moving forward. The price is good, they are the only ones I’ve found to hold 8oz and the plastic is thick and stands up on its own.I received this item at a discount for my honest review but I’ll be paying full price for my next box as these bags are worth it.

Best bag if I’ve found so far. Durability, accuracy, size ..
Best bags I have found so far. I have been pumping for 5 months now (every day 3-4 times a day) so I go though a lot of bags. I have used Medela which are good, eccomum, Lansinoh and others…This bag is the best that I have found. both good quality (hard plastic) and the only one I have found to be accurate on the ounce measurement without manipulating the bag like squeezing the sides etc to reach the mark where u already knew it was supposed to be because u first measured it in a bottle. Oh and can hold 8 ounces (and it does comfortably)The only caveat to that is that the measurements are Most accurate from the 4 ounce mark. It just always worked out that way.Another plus is that you get more bags for your money.Last the only issue is that the bags are sometimes difficult to open. They shut tight!A little patience and force (and smaller fingers) will do it. Just be careful u don’t spill your gold!Update:Now using the bag for the past 7 months. This is still the perfect bag. I ran out of bags and they were out of stock so I had to go back to using other brands for about a month.I still maintain that this bag is the best. I now store 6 – 8 ounces in each bag for my one year old. I have never had a leaking bag in the entire 7 / 8 months I have been using the bags.

Great sturdy bags for larger amounts of milk.
This is my third time ordering these storage bags. I’m an exclusive pumper and was using the Kiinde Twist pouches before I realized my deep freezer was getting full. I wanted a bag that can hold as much milk as possible and I chose this brand. Like other posters have noted, the measurements written on the front of the bag aren’t accurate, but this doesn’t bother me as I measure from my pumping bottle then pour. I always try to fit 300ml/10oz in these, and they fit! The only thing is you have to “bend” one side to fit more. I put several bags of these from the same date and put them in a dated ziploc back and store them in my freezer. I always thaw my milk overnight in the fridge and then transfer into bottles, so I don’t have to put them directly in the warmer. I think it works best that way.I have not had a chance to thaw them in these bags yet but I’m sure they will work just fine!*If you are a repeat customer, each box comes with a 10% off coupon. So relieved as the Dr Brown bags I had would have a leak every other bag, which made me very, very upset.
