This has been helpful during breastfeeding, especially in the early days when soreness is common. It gives a soothing, cooling effect and helps with dryness. I like that it’s easy to apply and doesn’t feel too sticky. It’s not a miracle fix, but it definitely made things more comfortable. Worth trying if you’re breastfeeding.

I can’t pump without this
I didn’t think a cream could make such a difference, but it is a lifesaver. Before I used it, pumping was painful, my nipples would crack, bleed, and hurt so bad. Now it’s cooling, soothing, and really helps my skin heal. It’s safe to use while breastfeeding and pumping. Seriously, I don’t know how I managed before this! I have bought so many more tubes of it.

Smells good, and rubs in nicely. I didn’t notice too much for what it’s supposed to, but still a relieving sensation by trying to moisturize sore nipples, especially after freshly learning to breastfeed.It says cooling sensation, but I didn’t notice that. It also says it’s okay to still have on when baby begins to nurse, so that’s a relief itself, but my baby didn’t like it so I would wipe it off and make sure they didn’t still have the product on for my baby.
