Item was chipped upon receipt. Tried to use the item and it would not dice potatoes or small carrots. It did chop cucumbers if I cut into small pieces first. Veey hard to push the top down to dice. Do not recommend.

Wanted to love this, but it underdelivered. While it can do other jobs just fine, when chopping foods that are not too hard, they do slip away and get into the crevices of the pushing block, leaving a bit of a mess. Maybe the blades are not sharp enough? On the other end, while chopping slices of apples into little squares, I noticed that tiny slivers of black plastic from the pushing block were mixing with the food in the container, prompting me to stop and carefully pick those out before I missed them and ate them in my fruit salad…This was supposed to save me time, not the opposite…So, if you care about this, save your money and get an all metal one of better quality.

Mechanism gets stuck.
We purchased this as a mandolin for our kitchen. It seemed adequately safe and adequately sharp and was not too much trouble to clean. Unfortunately it was not built precisely enough, And the blade would get caught on the cutting surface if you applied too much pressure. this meant stopping and starting every time we tried to slice something. ended up sending it back.

This thing is a piece of @$&”. Was just delivered, took it out of the box tried to take out the grid press part to see the grater. A piece of metal popped off, poorly spot welded. Can’t use it now and not worth returning. Poor workmanship. Do not buy this horrible piece of garbage.

If using for the cube cutting this is a great deal. Cuts evenly and not hard to punch down. I am getting up in age and this is easy for me to work.

Unsure if I’m using it right, but not impressed
A pain to wash, and I feel like I’m having to karate chop the back side of this to even get it to chop. It might be that I’m not cutting stuff up small enough… but I thought the purpose of this was to avoid having to cut things up so much. So it doesn’t really save me time, I’d rather chop stuff up old fashioned.

Waste your money on something else. This thing is garbage. Couldn’t even cut ONE onion. Had to push the thing with my own palm, and the plastic container broke. Why are they forcing us to give it a one star, to upload a review? “You at least got one idiot to waste their money on it, so here you go, champ!”
