This is a great quality, thick and pretty colored yoga mat! It’s easy to roll up and put away and of course, just as easy to sanitize than the yoga mats with the little dips and crevices in their designs.

Durable and Comfortable Yoga Mat That Lasts
The BalanceFrom Go Yoga All Purpose Exercise Mat has proven to be a long-lasting and reliable piece of equipment. After seven years of use, it still holds up well, showing how durable the anti-tear material really is. The thickness provides great cushioning for yoga, stretching, or floor workouts, making it comfortable to use on hard surfaces without slipping. The included carrying strap makes it easy to transport to classes or the gym, and the lightweight design is convenient without sacrificing support. Even after years of use, the mat remains easy to clean and hasn’t worn down the way cheaper mats often do. While the surface may show some signs of age, the overall performance has stayed strong, which makes it an excellent value for the price.Pros: Extremely durable even after years, comfortable cushioning, and convenient with a carry strap included.Cons: The surface can show wear over time, it may feel bulky compared to thinner mats, and the texture may not suit those who prefer a firmer grip.A dependable yoga mat that lasts for years while staying comfortable and practical. For anyone looking for a durable, affordable mat, this one delivers excellent long-term value.

A great size, very cushiony, and versatile
I bought this mat to use in my beginning yoga class. As soon as my boyfriend saw it and felt how plush it was, he said “That would be great to use as a pad under a sleeping bag when I go camping at the lake”. I reminded him he would need to get one of his own because this is for yoga class. (It’s also too hot to go camping right now.) He was right about the padding being a good thickness to cradle you and I appreciate this during savasana and when doing seated poses without a bolster. It’s long enough to stretch out on, wide enough to feel comfortable when moving from a front-facing pose to a side-facing pose but you can roll it up, put the Velcro straps on it and put it in a closet or under the bed to get it out of the way and it doesn’t take up too much room. The strap between the Velcro ones gives you something to hang onto to carry your mat but you might want something more colorful like a bag to put it in and that gives you someplace to put your socks as well. The surfaces have an anti-slip coating and this is helpful when starting out as a yogini in a sweat-inducing climate like this one. At this point, the stickiness takes some getting used to but, if that’s the case for you too, you can always wear yoga socks. There are lots of cute one out there and you won’t lose any of your stability.I can’t speak to the durability yet because I just started using it but the edges look well made and I don’t see any gaps so I don’t think they will separate. I plan to keep it out of the sun and heat so there shouldn’t be any problem with the material cracking.I got the grey one because Amazon had it in stock, it was going to ship the earliest, and I wouldn’t have to worry about dirt. Then I bought one black block and one fuchsia block and my yoga strap is two tones of Army green so now I’m wondering if I would have preferred a pink or purple mat instead. Or even a black one. Amazon has a good return policy on these and I have until July 4th to change my mind and the mat does come in all those colors. In any case, my indecision over my choice of colors in no way detracts from my opinion of this mat which so far I highly recommend.

From a Non-Yoga enthusiast
The first time I bought a Yoga mat, I plucked it out of the bin from either Ross or TJ Maxx. Then, I decided it wasn’t for me and I sold the mat. So, I wouldn’t know how to pick a good mat if I fell over it. I came here and purchased this one from the reviews. Again, I’m not a die-hard Yoga-er? Yogi? So I’m probably not giving it the “workout” it needs, but here’s a few things I noticed. When I unrolled it, it was nice and tight from it’s position. I had to lay it out, then lay on it to get it flat and ready to use. My dog was amused by this, but I’m not sure it counts as a position. It does dent. I’ve seen where others tear, but so far, mine hasn’t yet. But dents? Yes. I can see this as more of a “when” rather than “if.” The foam is soft– it’s bound to happen at some point. No noise noted. No squeaking or shifting, or “fart” noises. You can go about your routine in peace.I did notice a smell on my hands after. At first, I wasn’t sure what it was, but it was latex-esque or plastic like. I didn’t notice this during, but I did smell it after. To me, it’s squishy and comfortable. Like I said , I briefly used it as a make-shift cot prior to it’s official use, and I thought it was fine. Didn’t move, and for what it is, I thought it was pretty thick.I Love the strap, I love the color, it’ll do for now. Until it falls apart, I’m happy with it.

Love!
Perfect yoga mat. Not too thick. But not super thin either. Very cushioned.

Spessore del tappetino superiore a quelli classici sottili, faccio yoga e mentre gli altri mettono sotto un cuscino a me già va bene così, quindi consigliatissimo

Love it never used to worry about having a mat when I do my exercises for my back . It is absolutely so much better with it.

This yoga mat is so soft, easy to clean and has a good grip on the floor
Martine Everett –
This is a brilliant mat. Thick enough to stop any pain on the back when lying down, but stable enough to stand on and do exercises such as burpees and push ups and balancing exercises. It’s just pretty big if you want to transport it anywhere but that is what you get for added comfort! The carry strap is really handy too!

The product arrived with permanent imprinting on it from the belt that holds it together. I was willing to ignore that but, after a week of use, the yoga mat was mottled and torn! I never used shoes or any hard objects on the mat. I returned this product.
