I love this cup. I drink a lot of tea and needed something to keep my tea hot while I’m reading, doing work, or writing my novel. This cup will keep your hot liquids HOT for a very long time. I have to leave the lid off while steeping my tea because with the lid on, I won’t be able to drink my tea for hours because it stays so hot. This cup is perfect for travel during colder days, as your drinks will stay very hot. I don’t think this cup is leak proof, so be careful with it. Contents will spill, even with lid on. The cup is very sturdy. The color didn’t fade after washing with dish soap multiple times a day. The cup is somewhat heavy and very sturdy, very good quality. I bought my fiancé one because I liked it so much. He uses his everyday and is happy.

Lovely pink cup. I have no issues. Love the lid. Love the color. The coffee stays hot as long as I need it too, but I haven’t tested it. It seems sturdy to me. I don’t understand reviews about it breaking. As for cleaning…it’s a cup. Of course it’s easy to wash. I don’t use a dishwasher, so I can’t comment on that. I find this cup to be enjoyable. I don’t love the flatness of the handle. It’s weird in my hand, but I’ve been using it every single morning for the past month. I love it.

Super mug…..
Simple clean design, extremely sturdy with great top cover. Love this mug !!!! Steaming hot coffee holds for up to 4 hours (and still warm then) and the outer shell of the mug stay cool to the touch. Very easy to clean…. Amazing !!

Not As Effective As Yeti
It’s an attractive mug, and at a lower cost than the Yeti I’ve been using. It does keep coffee warm for a few hours, especially if first primed with hot water for a couple minutes, but it’s definitely not as effective keeping coffee hot for as long the Yeti does. But if you consume all of your hot coffee or tea within a couple of hours, it would be a good, lower priced alternative.

Keeps it Hot
When it arrived, the thickness of the side of the cup made me think it was not insulated and I was prepared for lukewarm warm tea. But when I actually tried it out I realized it was very well insulated and kept my tea hot for over an hour. Just was I was looking for. Great product.

Does the job
Love this cup, it looks very good with the colors, and has a good grip on the handle. It only leaks out a bit if you tilt it by the mouth part. Keeps hot drinks warm far a long time and icy drinks icy. Fit is perfect for my coffee machine. Shape is great like a normal coffee cup

Worthy of 5 Stars
Genuinely cannot recommend these enough. We’re in the cold seasons now and I just got two new kittens and I NEED my coffee and I need it HOT and I need it to be sans kitten paws. So I ordered 2 of these mugs, one for myself and one for my partner.And oh boy am I glad I did. It keeps my coffee hot and warm for hours while I am chasing them around. I am not a drink it all within 3 minutes kind of person, so when I set aside tea or coffee to wrangle the cats, it stays warm even when forgotten! Easy to clean, dishwasher safe, the seal on the cup lid is fantastic. The lid is on strong, almost too strong (I highly advise making sure its empty before trying to pull the lid back off, I wanted to add more creamer and made a mess, but that isn’t a negative in my opinion. Strong to pull off means easy to keep unwanted paws out!) The mouth piece also closes secure enough I’d recommend it on the go (if you got a cup holder that would fit it) It’s 5 stars from me. Barring them changing anything drastic, it will be a rebuy if this one gets lost or worn out!Also the color is on strong. I’ve had a few metal thermo cups where the paint eventually gets scratched off and knicked, this is so well made, several dishwasher trips and hand scrubbing with a plastic brush and it still looks brand spanking new.

Awful Lid.
I’ll start with my positive thoughts first. The mug does keep hot fluid hot and cold beverages cold, which is a very good reason for the purchase of this mug. Also, they come in a variety of pretty colors and feel comfortable holding them… I purchased two. Now, as lids go, it’s not the worst; however, it’s close. The lid is a little thick, which makes drinking and sipping from it awkward, and yes, the lid leaks…a lot. My mug was accidentally turned over, and the coffee that was in it spilled all over me, even though I didn’t leave the lid open. My solution was to purchase different lids from Amazon. Once I received, I exchanged the lids which came with the mugs and now all is right with the world😄. The three stars are for the poor decision making in choosing those lids to use on these very nice mugs and I took another star off, because, I had to purchase new lids for my mugs.So, while I do recommend this mug, I also, recommend that you purchase another type of lid.

Mom loves it got it for her for Christmas but came after, took a month or so but after I got it mom loved it. The people were pretty nice as well got in touch with them because of shipping issues
