They work.
I have the full size but this smaller version is way better to travel with to the gym! I now have a total of three different rollers from them and they really help me feel amazing! After the sauna I roll my entire body and I feel brand new again! It really makes a difference when you stretch and roll your body! I suffer from compartment syndrome and this helps my lower legs feel better. The softer ones are for my calves, and the firmer one is for the rest of my body. I recommend.

This is an excellent roller for my needs, rolling along thigh for IT band pain and along spine for back pain. It does not deform even with all my weight on it. It is firm but not so hard that it hurts- I tried using PVC pipe when I had serious back pain on a trip and OUCH!

This is a good roller. It isn’t completely smooth, it has little bumps on it to help really dig deep. The size is decent, it’s a travel sized roller but I use it as my every day one. It has held up very well and it’s super cute!

Not firm enough, great dimensions though.
I like the small compact travel size, the small bumps are not noticeable and it seems like a good quality product, but it is just way too soft to be effective to be a great myofascia body roller.

Good choice for a smaller areas.
Smaller diameter 3 3/4 “, 12″ length. Probably too small for large areas of body.I prefer larger 5 1/2″ x 18” roller, but my wife likes this one for a partial massage.Good quality material, probably will last long time and no smell.

Great for sore/tight painful days
Nice addition to the collection, for comparison the density is softer than a yoga block and the size is not much larger than a yoga block. I like to use this roller to release tension in my hips/SI area and lower back on days when I’m flared from AS and far too sensitive for the larger/firmer roller
