Awesome product and company support
Never thought that these things could really do all they say – but this one can. Call it lazy mans stretching if you want, but with this my legs stay loose and limber and the pain in my shoulder is controlled. The first unit I got was defective. The attachment connection point got hot – so hot that it actually melted an attachment causing it to fall out during use. I had read a similar comment in another review and decided to send a message to the company (note this was on a Sunday). By Sunday night I had a response that told me the unit should never, under any circumstance, get that hot. After a couple more message exchanges a new unit (not refurbished, but new) was on its way to me. Upon its arrive I shipped the defective unit back – no cost to me. The new unit does not heat up and works great.With customer service like this and a quality unit that goes for hours on a charge you really can’t go wrong. I have recommended to others and will continue to do so.

Good solid product for the price
Got this on the black Friday specials. The first one came and the heated tip did not work. This was resolved easily by calling the company and they shipped us another one and ship the other one back for free. The other tips are very much a personal preference. I’ve only tried about four of them. They are definitely more effective than a hand massager or the roller. Between all of us, we’ve tried it on the plantar fascia, between the shoulder blades, back and neck, all the muscles of the leg, as well as in the forearms and arms. It’s very effective in low pulse mode, Definitely does better on repetitive use and I’ve noticed a difference in my overall ability to stretch as well. I’ve used it before workouts to warm up as well as after workouts to get some of the lactic acid buildup out. I would definitely recommend this product. The battery life is great at last for hours before the battery even indicates that it has been depleted just a little. We’ve been using it for about three months now. Would definitely recommend this particular product as they are so many out there.

Amazing products – The Sonic LX is the second massage gun I’ve purchased from LifeProFitness, and I love it. I needed an additional massage gun for another location, and knowing this company makes great products, I wasn’t hesitant to spend good money for a great product. It’s incredibly powerful, and the long handle is really helpful for reaching sore muscles in my back. I also own the Sonic X, which I purchased a couple of years ago, and it’s still going strong as well. I really like the ‘shovel’ attachment, and was hoping I could use it with both units, but unfortunately, the attachments are not interchangeable (different sizes), but no big deal, the benefits of both massage guns outweigh that minor detail. I’m an older athlete now, and these products are helping me stay in the game. Highly recommend, good stuff LifePro!

Used?
I believe I received a used unit. One of the attachments had a missing piece of rubber on it. Some had minor use marks, and there was dust on the product as well when i opened the carrying case it comes in. Papers and manuals in there were bent, all more signs of it being an open product.Not to scare anyone from purchasing it, it seems like everyone else had no issues including numerous friends of mine who got the same gun.Overall the gun has not failed me and it works amazing. Highly Recommend.I emailed them to let them know about the issue, i received one email back saying to send pictures. I sent the pics in, that was about 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet.Once again. Great Product. Good warranty. Will not disappoint.

Relives pain
It has proven to be extremely important tool that helps me get through pain. My chiropractor used something similar and that is what prompted me to purchase this massager. I have two of them and I travel everywhere with one. I have used others and nothing compares to this one. I have several friends that have purchased the same model after using mine once. If you are on the fence. I would recommend this massager.

Relief for lower back pain
I have an uneven gait which creates a good amount of discomfort and lower back pain. This gun has plenty of power. You’re likely to leave bruises on yourself before you want more power from this thing. It’s not as awkward as I anticipated using this on myself. I’m able to use it without assistance pretty easily. After using this for a couple of minutes, I could feel my back loosen up significantly and have a big increase in range of motion. If you have regular issues with muscle pain, I would definitely recommend this.The primary reason I bought this because a lot of Amazon brands are ones that I never heard of, and will never see them outside of Amazon. Those brands seems to popup and disappear, have questionable support, subpar warranties, etc. This brand does seem to be legit after reading through the reviews. They stand behind their products.

No Surprises!
I decided on the LX Quiet Pro model over the basic due to more speeds, more attachments and I believe it has a more powerful motor and a digital display. It is 50% more expensive, but in the end I thought the $50 was worth it. I think it is an excellent product at that price point. I am very happy with my purchase – it was everything I expected.Some other reviews mentioned that it is a little on the heavy side – and that is true, but I just let the weight of the machine do the work, so I don’t need to push so hard – and it’s not really too too heavy.The only reason I gave it a 3 star for pain relief, is that no massager is going to work miracles on your pain – it is only a tool and I think it can help improve circulation, with time and that will eventually help with chronic pain.Great product and came on time as promised.
