So far I’m thrilled…I’ve had a number of cup warmers of various kinds and none of them have ever actually kept my coffee hot…until this one. I’m so happy to actually have hot coffee at my desk without having to continually go downstairs to reheat it in the microwave. I like the first one so much I bought a second one. If this company is serious about its lifetime warranty (which I’ve had no reason to test yet…) I’m a happy, happy camper! (PS, it’s hot so be careful about touching the bottom of the mug!!)

Auto – off mug warmer — genuis!
This is a very nice warmer with adjustable temperatures. The real beauty of it is the safety — it turns off after 5 minutes when the mug is not on the burner. Also, the heater is timed, so that if you leave your mug on it will turn off after an hour or two — you set the time. It works great!

Great for my office at work
I am famous for heating my coffee up at least five times a day so having this mug warmer is a great little addition to my desk. Keeps the coffee warm or very hot your choice. Would buy again. Cant beat the price

Does the job for the most part
It does what it’s supposed to do, which is keep your coffee warm (for the most part). Only problem is the lowest setting (131°) barely keeps your coffee warm – gets cold actually if you let it sit for too long on that temp. And if it sits too long on the next temp up, (145°), it gets crazy hot to the point of curdling whatever cream is in there. So I have to keep switching back and forth between temperatures to make sure it doesn’t get too hot or too cold, which is annoying but not a deal breaker for the price.
