Best shaker / drink bottle
I’ve been using these Contigo bottles for years. They’re plastic so they’ll need replacing eventually. If you’re looking to have a single bottle you’re whole life (whether it’s this brand or another) then plan on being disappointed. For the rest of us, this thing works great! The ball is loud but I’m usually pretty sensitive to sound and like being quiet. If you don’t care how loud you are, then you won’t mind this.Typically my protein powder will mix well enough without the ball. When I used to get the cheapest isolate from Walmart, then it would still be chunky whether I used the ball or not. I just like the bottle for what it is. It’s simple and has just enough color to be your own without being in everyone’s face.I’ve always been impressed with how strong the top is. Brand new Sometimes it’s strong enough to where you think it’s closed but it isn’t. I always liked the pop sound it makes when closing. After some hard drops and hard months in a warehouse, the top doesn’t work so good. After a few years of no drops in a house environment, it still keeps kicking. The cap will be the first to go. Sometimes the seal will go if you put too hot of water on it.Favorite part is the look and how it has the ounces on the side. I’m not too crazy about intake but it’s nice being able to quickly guage things.Very sturdy. I like it, you probably will too.Try it!ALSO! It’s super easy to clean!I don’t care about the ball mechanics, but that rounded bottom makes it so easy to clean. But as a guy I’m pretty biased towards round bottoms 🙂

The mixer bottle you should absolutely buy.
I use these almost everyday, and they’re great for holding water or a protein shake. I usually make a couple of shakes at a time so having a handful of these around is super convenient. These are cheap in prie but the quality is excellent. They’ve been tipped over, chunked into a workout bag and never spilled anything. I also own two of this brand with a screw on top. If you’re prone to dropping stuff I would recommend spending the extra few bucks to get the screw top, but for under ten bucks each this is a no brained purchase.A couple of pro tips. The mixer ball is ok for remixing, but for the initial mix buy a hand blender. The twenty dollars or so you spend on that will more than make up for the smoothness in which your shakes come out. The upside is that the hand blender fits right in the bottle and results in zero spillage. The other pro tip, make sure you take the ball out before you put the blender in…They’re obviously not insulted, so don’t expect that, but they do just about everything else really well.

Really is the best shaker bottle
I’ve tried several of these shaker bottles and the Contigo Shake and Go is the best for a couple of reasons.1) The lid is easy to seal and then unscrew. It seals tightly and nothing leaks when secure.2) The ball inside is HEAVY and really effective in breaking up any powder inside….almost like mixing it with a spoon or fork. Some of the shaker bottles come with lighter inserts that aren’t as effective.3) The rounded bottom of the bottle prevents powdered stuff to get stuck in the corner and not mixed. It’s also easier to clean with a bottle brush. One warning, the cap over the opening on top clicks TWICE. Make sure you close it securely, I have a feeling the people who complain that it leaks don’t push down the mouth of the bottle all the way.

Second one I’ve owned
I first bought this model drinking bottle at Mark*Wal before the pandemic. After five years of daily use at work, the flipper lid cap cracked and broke. That other store doesn’t sell it anymore, not even online, so I was delighted to find it on The Amazon Book Store. I don’t use the shaker. My favorite part is the wide opening. It’s big enough to let air pass so you can control the flow of liquid you’re ingesting. Everything else on the market requires you to wrap your lips around a stem or the spigot hole is so small. Love this!

Watch out for the sticker
Pretty nice product but i’m subtracting 1 star because they put a sticker on it and those don’t always come off cleanly. Works great for storing water or whatever though. Doesn’t leak even if it winds up upside down for some reason.

My favorite!
Probably not the best idea to drink from these plastic bottles daily but they last forever, wash well, and I don’t have to be concerned with a lid/straw harboring mold.

Sealed the deal
Durable. Nice large size. Great seal even after a year!

More than got my money’s worth
Lasted for six years of moderate use. Only now has the lid cracked and started to leak.

I use this for my morning smoothie and it is excellent: sturdy, leak-proof, nicely sized spout for easy drinking, simple to clean. The bottle is sturdy, doesn’t tip easily, and has quality construction – it’s not at all cheap and it should hold up well in the long term.I pre-mix my smoothies in a blender so I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the mixing ball. This bottle uses simple rotational force to seal the top of the cup to the lid. There are no rubber seals, which means that hot drinks can and will break the seal. Even when washing with hot water, you can easily cause the seal to leak by simply shaking the bottle. To me, it was never advertised as a hot water drink container so I don’t care. For those that do care, get a bottle with a “real” seal on it.This is easily the best sealable cup I’ve had for my smoothies and I’ve had at least five in the last ten years.

I’ve been using the Contigo Shake & Go Fit Shaker Bottle, 28 oz in Carolina Blue for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Here’s what I love about it:1. **Leak-Proof Design**: No spills, no mess! It fits nicely in my car’s cup holder too.4. **Comfortable Grip & Sleek Look**: The bottle feels sturdy and comfortable to hold, and the Carolina Blue color is vibrant and eye-catching. I’ve received a few compliments already!5. **Dishwasher Safe**: Cleanup is a breeze. The bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe, so maintenance is easy.Overall, this Contigo shaker bottle is an excellent buy! It’s durable, functional, and looks great – exactly what I needed.

I’ve been buying these shakers over the last couple of years and let me tell you, they are, hands down, THE BEST shakers one can buy. They are definitely durable, simply pick them up and feel the comparatively thicker plastic; very easy to clean as they have a round bottom which means no corners for things to get stuck; and I’ve never had any of them leak.Properly taken care of (i.e., not dropped down stairs, not thrown, run over, etc.), I don’t see why these shakers couldn’t last 5+ years of daily use. I have 4 of these shakers total now, and 2 of them I’ve been using for four years.
