Chocolate tastes great
I wanted a complete meal replacement and not just a protein powder, because I wanted to replace my dinner. I work nights and get home pretty late. Eating that late was causing me digestion issues. I mix the powder with unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, and some berries. It mixes nicely in my Nutribullet. It’s slightly gritty but very tolerable. I got the chocolate flavor and it’s surprisingly good. It has a true chocolate taste and not fake chocolate like some other powders I’ve tried. It hasn’t caused digestion issues, though it does make me a little gassy. I feel satisfied after drinking it, and I’m not hungry. I don’t wake up starving either. The price isn’t bad for 15 servings. I’ll stick with it!

I compared this to several name-brand meal replacement shakes. Ultimately, the ingredients and the price helped me make my final decision, and I am so happy with my choice! Nutritionally, I feel like I have had a good meal with one shake. You just use two scoops of the powder to 10 ounces of water–I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it will fill you up! I always have one each day, sometimes two. I have noticed increased results with my workouts. Also, I have noticed some increased regularity in my gut health and habits. If you are looking for a plant-based meal replacement, I definitely recommend this!

I tried the vanilla cookie and that’s ok too!I’m new to complete meal shakes and was not impressed with another brand and got this basically bc the price was way more affordable. Tried the creamy chocolate and the peanut butter. The chocolate is pretty good! The peanut butter not so much. I’m going to try the vanilla but for my subscription I choose the chocolate. The packaging SUCKS. I have decided to dump the contents into a storage container for ease of use. The ziplock on their packages doesn’t always work. Having to “tear” the inner liner is bizarre and sketchy at best. Need scorers most of the time. Then reaching into it as it empties you get powder all over your hands, counter, floor… ugh. So I docked a star on that. But Ive been slowly losing the weight I needed to lose. I mix mine with half water half oat milk.

Perfect! I was looking to replace a meal replacement that I’ve been using for months. It was a meal replacement found on social media and it was phenomenal. However, the company itself, and the people behind the scenes, were questionable. I loved not packing breakfast and lunch so much during the week that I was on the quest to find another product. This product might be the same as the “Flip” one I was using. Same product packaging and the taste is right on point. This is also a much cheaper option yet it has the same vitamins and nutrients in it. I tried another brand that was more highly recommended but it had a horrible after taste. If you’re looking for easy meal replacement for on the go this is it. Too many people complain about meal replacement powders but it might be they are mixing wrong. I use banana milk and a splash of plant based chocolate milk and two scoops of this. It sustains me for 4 hours just as if I ate solid foods. I drink my lunch as well but I use peanut butter powder for lunch. I wasn’t trying to lose a lot of weight but this did remove the belly fat that I always had an issue with. It tastes amazing and when using a small blender it dissolves perfectly. This will be my go-to as long as the company does not increase the price.

Meh don’t waste you money.
If you want to throw up definitely get this. This is so disgusting tasting. When I finally got the bag open. It has a zip closure but the in part is a tough plastic that you have to have a knife or pointy object to get it open.The taste is meh.. I was hoping for a good nice smooth taste.This isn’t thick to me. I still feel hungry after drinking it. Thankfully this is a fill in for my normal shake mix when I get home. Won’t be buying this again.

Smell: sweet delicious chocolateFlavor: cardboard with a hint of chocolateTexture: thick, creamy, smoothDissolvability (may be a made up word lol): pretty wellIngredients: good stuff, no artificial sweetenersSatiety: doesn’t satisfy or hold hunger past 1.5-2 hours*the amount of prebiotics don’t seem to be the recommended amount for them to truly provide benefits.It has 4 net carbs per my package if your low carb or keto like I am.I add cacao powder and pure monk-fruit to make it more palatable but still, that strong cardboard taste is there.I’ll buy again though bc it’s the best option I’ve found for a “meal replacement” shake.

I have not been a fan nor have I been using any kind of smoothie mix or anything in the past. But I started working on my health and backed off of some of the obviously things that I should not be eating. I purchased this protein mix chocolate The first time I tried it. I wasn’t really impressed. I did not mix it correctly now I have it every morning. I usually add a banana one scoop of mushroom coffee, handful of blueberries, four or five ice cubes and I mix it up and it’s absolutely delicious and it gives me everything that I need at 70 years old. I’m amazed at the energy that I have. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a plant based.

I love the creamy chocolate I take it every morning, sometimes I mix one scoop of creamy chocolate and one scoop of strawberry 🍓 banana ,also from Plant-based complete protein all-in-one meal. And I love the Taste. I’ve been taken this plant-based protein for a year. I have tried the creamy chocolate. Obviously the strawberry banana and the peanut butter.And they all taste good. Especially when they’re combined. As a mix.One scoop of this 1 scoop of that. I love mixing them.
