BUY THEM. Super nice quality and easy to use. Love that you can change the weight. It makes it great for storage and not taking up to much space if you live in an apartment or just don’t have the extra room for workout gear. So easy to do I can even take the weight pieces off and one one handed(per the video). Easy to adjust for sure! Great price! Better than buying individual dumbbells. Really cool that it comes in different colors as well. They fit well in my hands too. And I can grip them easily.

Just received. So far it has been useful for helping with strength training post shoulder surgery. Weight accurate. Easy to add weight at ends to make it up to 5 pounds. Has good grip on handled. Ends are covered in plastic, so be careful not to drop them since they may crack.Good price.

These adjustable hand weights are great—super practical, don’t take up much space, and they’re actually really cute, too! My only issue is that two of the additional plates are stuck together and I haven’t been able to separate them. Hopefully my son can help when he’s back in town, but that’s my only complaint.
